The Burlington Hotel first started serving locals in 1899. The hotel was a key part of the town’s social and commercial life, serving as a beloved landmark and a gathering place for locals and visitors.
The Burlington Hotel was frequented by wharfies and footballers, because of the nearby oval. The hotel was a popular place to stay in summer, with many families coming back year after year and in winter the accommodation was mainly used by travellers.
One of the original “gold rush” hotels built in the area, The Burlington Hotel has evolved to become an entertainment hub and renown for Live Entertainment. Attracting local, Perth and Interstate bands.
In addition to the original classic Australian Front Bar, The Burlington Hotel also consists of Bar 51 – Bar and Restaurant, and Indi Bar, a late night music venue for all ages.
In 2025, The Hotel changed hands for the first time in 33 years r– as the new private owners, we look forward to bringing back the Accommodation in mid 2025 and establishing The Burlington Hotel as a premium South West venue.
